Tomorrow's routes, ready before the plant opens.
Route Planner turns subscriptions and new orders into a route for each auto, van and tempo. Stops are grouped by colony, block and floor, and the loading bay gets an exact can count per vehicle.

What it does
Fewer trips back to the plant. Fewer missed doors.
Grouped by colony
Stops in the same colony and street stay together, so one vehicle covers one area cleanly.
Ordered by block and floor
In apartments the route climbs once: ground floor first, top floor last, lift-free blocks flagged.
Load sheets for the bay
Each vehicle gets a count of full cans to load and empties expected back, printed or on the phone.
Orders added on the move
A WhatsApp order at 9 am joins the vehicle already working nearby, not tomorrow's list.
Trips and distance per vehicle
See trips per vehicle, cans per trip and kilometres, so you can spot an overloaded route.
Time windows
Offices before 10 am, schools before assembly, shops after opening. Windows shape the order.
How the day runs
How a route comes together each night.
- 01
Subscriptions collected
Every customer due tomorrow, minus pauses and holidays, is gathered at 9 pm.
- 02
Orders added
Late WhatsApp orders and office requests join the list until the cut-off you set.
- 03
Routes built
Stops are split across vehicles by area and capacity, then ordered by colony and floor.
- 04
Bay loads up
At 6:30 am, loaders see counts per vehicle and drivers open their stop list.
In detail
Your areas, your vehicles, your rules.
Every supplier knows their colonies better than any map. Route Planner starts from your areas and your vehicles, and you can move a stop, swap a vehicle or lock a route for regular drivers.
- Vehicles
- Autos, vans, tempos and cycle carts with their can capacity
- Areas
- Colonies and streets you define, with a default vehicle each
- Stop order

- Reports
- Trips, cans per trip and distance by vehicle and day
Do I need GPS devices in vehicles?
No. The delivery person's phone is enough. Location is used only during the shift to show progress.
Can I keep a driver on the same route every day?
Yes. Lock a route to a driver and Route Planner keeps that area together, adding only new stops.
What if a vehicle breaks down?
Move its remaining stops to another vehicle in one step. The delivery person on the new route sees them immediately.
Does it handle multiple trips per vehicle?
Yes. When a route needs more cans than the vehicle holds, it is split into trips with a reload at the plant.
7:15 pm · cans home
