What it does

Stops in order
The day's stops by colony and floor, with flat numbers, lift notes and cans to give.
Customer OTP
Customers receive a code on WhatsApp. The delivery person enters it to confirm the drop.
Doorstep photo
For locked doors and offices, a photo of the cans at the door is saved with time and place.
Cash and UPI
Record cash or show the customer's UPI QR. Payments reach Collections straight away.
Works offline
In basements and stairwells the app keeps working and syncs when the signal returns.

In detail
The owner sees the route as it runs.
While staff deliver, the dashboard shows each route's progress, cans delivered, empties collected and money received. At the end of the shift, the vehicle's cash and cans are matched before the driver leaves.

Customer care and responsible AI
- Customer phone numbers and addresses are visible only to you and the delivery person assigned to that stop.
- Delivery staff location is used only during delivery shifts and is never tracked after the shift is closed.
- Doorstep photos are stored with the delivery record and are used only as proof of delivery.
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never sold.
Do delivery staff need an email address?
No. Staff log in with a phone number and a PIN that you set.
What if the customer does not share the OTP?
The delivery person can take a doorstep photo instead. You choose which proof is accepted for each customer.
Can staff see other routes or customers?
No. Each delivery person sees only the stops assigned to them for that shift.
Does it use much mobile data?
Very little. A full day of stops uses less data than a few minutes of video.
